About This Project
EduWeb 2.0: 11 Things & Counting is brought to you by the Kentwood Public Schools.
This learning adventure has 11 Things for you to do throughout your Web 2.0 journey. There will be many opportunities for you to explore, experiment with, and think about ways to use the tools in your own life, with colleagues, and with your students.
To be successful in this course, you should be familiar with installing and troubleshooting your personal computer.
A browser plug in, is simple a tool that allows your web browser to perform a function, such as displaying video, animations or interacting with a web application. Throughout the course, if you find that something is not working as expected, you may need to update your web browser, or a plug-in.
Here are some links to common plug-in's you may need to install or update.
This project was adapted from the work of the Public Services Technology Director (Helene Blowers) for the Public Library of Charlotte & Mecklenburg County (PLCMC). Also, thank you to Ron Houtman (Kent Intermediate School District) and Doug Jenkins (East Grand Rapids Public Schools) for your willingness to share your ideas.
