No. 5 - Documents

Google Documents is a FREE web-based application suite that allows users to create and share documents, spreadsheets, presentation and forms online. Although Google Docs lacks some rich features available in a traditional Office software, they more than make up for it in facilitating collaboration on document creation. Let's explore what Google Docs has to offer.

Your task for Thing #5 is to:

Open this shared Google Doc and follow the instructions noted. Be sure to click "save" once you have inserted your comment. I encourage you to revisit this document as other participants share their ideas.

Next, create a document, presentation, spreadsheet, or form in Google Docs and share it with the rest of us. All that you need to use Google Docs is a Gmail account, which you already have. Use the Google Docs Tour and Using Google Docs tutorial as needed.
